Our Count on Us® Compliance Checklist provides you with an easy-to-digest overview of everything your hotel needs to adhere to Wyndham Hotels & Resorts’ health- and safety-focused Brand Standard #100.02.37. It also provides direct links and guidance for completing required tasks and reordering health essentials.

All hotels in the U.S. and Canada are required to provide one (1) 1.0 oz. alcohol-based hand sanitizer amenity with greater than 60% ethanol or 70% isopropanol in the guestroom if not provided at check-in. Find hand sanitizer here. * On or before September 1, 2020, one (1) 1.0 oz. alcohol-based hand sanitizer amenity with greater than 60% ethanol or 70% isopropanol is required in the guestroom if not provided at check in. SANITIZING WIPES+

In support of the Count on Us® Initiative to help deliver cleaner and safer hotel guest and employee experiences refer to the below links to learn how the use of Ecolab’s disinfectant products* along with staff training can help support your cleanliness efforts. To learn more U.S. hotels click here and Canada hotels here. ˆ WH&R will require the consistent use of Ecolab’s EPA-registered/ Health Canada-approved disinfectant products in all hotel guest rooms and public spaces across the U.S. & Canada. Our Count on Us® health and safety brand standard now offers U.S. hotels the option to provide guests at check-in with a sanitizing wipe containing 70% or greater alcohol content as an alternative to an EPA-registered disinfectant wipe. To purchase additional individually packaged EPA-registered disinfecting (applicable to U.S. hotels only) or 70% alcohol sanitizing wipes (applicable to U.S. and Canadian hotels) click here. + Please refer to the Count on Us Initiative Brand Standard #100.02.37 for all brand standard requirements. Wyndham is allowing fully vaccinated hotel employees in the U.S. to choose whether to continue wearing face coverings, subject to any more restrictive state and local laws. Fully vaccinated guests are already not required to wear face coverings unless mandated by local law, while guests and employees who are not fully vaccinated should continue to wear face coverings and practice physical distancing at all times in common indoor areas of the hotel facility.
