An invite-only annual event for broker/owners, this is a content-rich opportunity based on direct broker feedback that encourages idea sharing and collaboration among our network leaders. One owner from each franchise is required to attend. This annual top agent retreat offers a sophisticated learning experience to celebrate and enhance the business of the Better Homes and Gardens ® Real Estate brand’s top producing sales professionals based on sales performance. The BHGRE ® brand has a comprehensive public relations strategy that includes national, local, and regional print, broadcast, and online outlets. We earn tens of millions of dollars of ad equivalency, which features brand and broker spokespeople on topics such as original brand research, real estate best practices and trends. The brand’s thought-leadership strategy centers around using original research to identify and explain “of the moment” trends on a national level, as well as working hand in hand with BHGRE ® -affiliated brokers and real estate professionals to share their stories both on the local and national stage. Public relations toolkits with resources and customizable press releases have been created to help brokers leverage national PR strategies with their local media. We also publish individual toolkits for major thought leadership studies to be used in local markets to supplement best practice tools. These tools save brokers considerable time and money with professional pre- packaged assets that are easily customizable.
